A garage floor that holds up to hot tires, golf carts and Florida humidity.
Most garage coatings fail at the bond, not the topcoat. That is why Eric grinds every slab with a three-head diamond grinder before anything goes down. Grinding opens the concrete so the base coat soaks in and grips, instead of sitting on top of a smooth, sealed surface where it can peel when hot tires park on it.
From there we fill cracks and pitting, lay the base coat, and broadcast flake to full coverage so no bare base shows. The excess is scraped and vacuumed, and a clear topcoat locks it in. The result is a textured floor that hides dust and tire marks, cleans with a mop, and gives you some grip when it's wet.
Florida slabs bring their own problems: moisture coming up through the concrete, and the joint where the driveway meets the garage. We check for moisture before we quote, add a vapor barrier when the slab needs one, and fix bad transitions as part of the job instead of coating over them.

How long before I can park in the garage?
Plan on walking on it the next day and parking on it a few days later. Eric gives you exact times for your floor, since cure depends on the system, the temperature and the humidity that week.
Will a flake floor be slippery?
Full broadcast flake leaves a light texture, so it has more grip than a smooth floor. If the garage gets wet often, ask about adding grit to the topcoat for more traction.
